i had once use camtasia 6 but the video produced has a lot of dropped frames and really laggy unlike the actual game performance, it doesn’t also capture ingame sounds. Please anyone need some suggestion

It will be hard for your graphic card to run both program at once. But if you think your graphics card can handle it then get FRAPS.
If you don’t have the graphic card that can’t handle that much power then your going to have to upgrade to a better graphic card.
Fraps is free, but the free version has a limited time to capture, I forget how long. Sure you can find the full version on piratebay though, if you’re a criminal type. It’s the classic for capturing ingame video.
Yeah, FRAPS, is really good. the game Performance will be slower, especially on older/low end graphics cards (tho it works ok on my intel GMA 4500m – very low end)
and the recorded video is very large (video i made as 92MB for 48sec), so you need to use another program to compress it (i use format factory, but any video conversion program will do) [ i got the 48sec video down to 2MB from 92MB!]
